**Great Free Social Media Automation Tool**
I've been using Magik AI Social Media AutoPost for my Shopify pet accessories store, JLAC Pet Plus, and so far, I'm pleased with how easy it is to automate Facebook and Instagram posts.
The setup was straightforward, the AI-generated captions and stories are engaging, and the free plan is helpful for small business owners who want to maintain an active social media presence without spending hours creating content.
The main area for improvement is image selection. The stock photos often don't match the captions or the business niche, so I frequently need to replace them with my own product photos. A reusable image library or the ability to automatically select Shopify product photos for stories, quotes, and facts would be a great addition.
Overall, it's a useful app with good potential, especially for busy small business owners. I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops!
Thank you so much for this detailed review! 😊
I’m really glad to hear the app is helping you keep JLAC Pet Plus active on social media without spending hours on content, and that you’re enjoying the AI captions and stories!
Thanks also for your feedback on image selection, it’s really valuable. I’ll reach out to you by email to help you get images that better match your store and your posts.
Thanks again for your support, and wishing you lots of success with your store!
Magik Social Media autopost is not only a very useful business app for automating social media posts but they also offer great customer service!
I asked if they could make a change on their 'Onboarding products automation' to exclude 'Out of Stock' products and, within 48 hours, Logan had not only contacted me to tell me what he hoped to do, he'd actually made the change!
Thank you, Logan, I'm very grateful for your help and your very quick response to my query. You deserve the 5 star rating!
Thank you so much for the kind words! 😊
I’m really glad I could make that change for you and that it’s helping your workflow. Your feedback means a lot to me!
Thank you again for your support and for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review! 🙏
Its a great app if you need automatic posts. You should follow up with organic posts also as this is mostly just pictures and music picked by the app. Very helpful timesaver but you still need to supplement your social with other content.
Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! I’m really glad to hear the app is helping save you time. 😊
You’re absolutely right that organic, more personal content is a great complement to automated posts. Just to clarify, the free plan focuses primarily on image-based posts, while the premium plans offer videos and more advanced content options for those looking to take their social media further.
Thanks again for the feedback and for using my app! 🙌
