Extremely disappointing experience with Soro. I stopped using the app, cancelled it and removed it months ago, yet money is still being taken from my account. This is outrageous and completely unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect a cancellation to be respected. Still being charged months later has completely destroyed my trust in this company.
I expect all further charges to stop immediately and the amounts charged since my cancellation to be refunded.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app at all. Keep a close eye on your bank statements, even after cancelling.
