Super customer service, super app!
They met all my requests and tailored the filters according to my needs.
The filters are amazing both on mobile and desktop and I'm 100% satisfied!
Really a great product and supreme service.
I recommend Sparq because the support is very good. You can always count on them. Fast service for me 5 stars.

THIS APP SHOULD NOT BE ON SHOPIFY. The UI looks pathetic. Search is just like any other search apps. Shopify's base theme search is better.
Most importantly, it permanently edited my theme codes and left behind useless visuals and changes that I cant revert back even after uninstalling! Modified the search bar, search page, collection page, filters. They are not available EST.
We were forced to install this app just to leave a review, this company keeps sending us unsolicited emails, avoid them at all costs this sort of insidious behaviour should not be tolerated and Shopify should be ashamed of themselves for making us have to install their app.
Not able to complete the onboarding process, always shows an error “ Oops, something went wrong” within the app panel and not shopify admin… still room to grow it i think. Will keep reaching out to support to get help

- Support Requests: Despite your claim of reaching out to our support team, we have found no record of any correspondence or request from your end.
- Error Message Discrepancy: Our app does not display the message "Oops, something went wrong" within its panel. Our technical team has confirmed this after a comprehensive review.

Amazing App & not just that...their customer support....these guys are highly professional in what they do and they have an exceptional customer service. Would definitely recommend this app to every store owner who needs filters on their stores because their Tech support gives you exactly what you need!

You have so many apps to choose from in the shopify store but really what It comes down to with the 3rd party apps is the customer service! The Sparq app is a great way to class up your collections and provide customers a very complete search bar. The customization options seem to be endless from different border colour of buttons to which pages and collections show on the search bar. The customer service has been the highlight however, I wanted to have a few extra adjustments made and they have been incredibly helpful. Very quick response times and going above and beyond the asking. I'm excited to see how this app works for customer conversions but I have a hunch it is really going to help set me apart from other websites in my category. Can't recommend enough!
