There is no directions on how to do this. When the App is installed it is just a very small Icon in the right hand side corner of my screen. Visitor (customer has to click on this tiny dot to make it work. I don't see many customers even paying attention to this little dot.
I thought it would be in full screen size on my home page. But not so.
There is Chat for questions and help but it has been 8 hours and no yet no help. Right now I would give this a - 1 out of 10. I'll let you know if this improves.

the app admin works nicely etc. but there is one huge flaw!
The spin a wheel does NOT popup when a visitor comes to the site, instead it is activated by the visitor having to click a small button in the corner of the screen. We all know that visitors dont bother to do this.
I have used another similar spin sale app which DOES popup when visitor comes to site and it is very successful in collecting email addresses.
The way this one works, its unlikley to collect many if any email addresses at all.
2 starts for now unless the ap is updated to work properly.

This app is simple and easy to use. I have already had a lot of my customers playing and winning which has helped boost my sales. I recommend highly.
Not free, misleading information
Thank you for your feedback. The app has Free plan and Pro plan. The paid plan will unlock advanced features while the free plan provides basic functions, enough to get the wheel up and running. We are truly sorry that the current free plan didn't meet your need.
