Great support, especially Lorena - thank you a lot! :) the tool works well for running a ecommerce business, although we are just testing various options how it works for integrating prices, stock levels and shipping delivery times estimated vs realistic in (supplier performance)

After i have posted earlier today regarding my bad experience with spocket, the operation manager herself has contacted me to tackle the issue and appologize on the way the customer service had dealt with my complaint.
She was really professional and has resolved my issue, i have been offered 3 month free of charge and a full refund for the period where i couldn't use my account for more than a month and no body could address my problem.
I am looking forward to have to change the way i perceived the spocket team and i hope for a positive experience going now forward.

horrible company. I cancelled my free trial from shopify, but they still charged me saying i needed to cancel my trial inside the spocket website- even though the app didn't exist at that time in my shopify apps. Then i tried to reach out to them saying that please refund my 99.99$ - they then said it's not possible to do that..after some email exchange, they were offering me 25% of the initial amount to be refunded - which i refused since they basically stole my money...then they increased that to 50%...which i then accepted since i was so exhausted of dealing with this issue - and now? after the promised 5-10 business days of refunding money - they haven't refunded me anything - even the emails don't get responded to...horrible company, really. Is this operated by Chinese or someone that really doesn't care about the customers?? seems so. Nothing else to say.
