SK Contact Form Builder

This app is excellent, easy to set up, and offers great styling options that are very useful. Additionally, it allows for easy data export with multiple options available. I am very satisfied with this app.

I've tried multiple form builders, but SK: Advanced Form Builder stands out for its ease of use and customization. The drag-and-drop interface made creating forms effortless, even without coding skills. The Shopify integration works flawlessly, and the automation features save a ton of time. Plus, their support team is quick to assist whenever needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable form solution!

The functionality is very high for a free app. Has many of the features of the more expensive apps but it is all completely free. We use the google sheets integration a lot and find it very helpful. I would recommend learning some basic CSS for styling the forms. There are not many styling tools in the app itself.

Setting up and using the platform was incredibly easy. I really appreciate the ability to customize both the styles and elements to fit my needs. The customer service team is also highly responsive and supportive. It would be fantastic to see even more customization options in the future for an even more tailored experience.

I have been using this form builder app for a short time, but so far the form has made ordering my custom rhinestone items super easy for my clients!
I recently had an issue with the edit function. I contacted the support team and they fixed it promptly.
So far, I am liking the SK Form Builder app!

This form is highly customizable! I can add headings between different sections of the form. Initially, I used the Shopify Form, but I have now switched to this app. I highly recommend it!

This app is incredibly user-friendly. The drag-and-drop interface makes it a breeze to design forms exactly how I want them. I especially appreciate the ability to easily upload files directly within the form.

The email notifications are a fantastic feature, keeping me updated on every submission. Plus, the customer support team is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I've had any questions.

This Form Builder is a game-changer! It's incredibly easy to use, and best of all, it's free. I’ve tried other apps before, but none of them even come close - those were clunky and frustrating. With Form Builder, I was able to create professional forms in no time. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a simple, efficient solution!
