SK Contact Form Builder

I recently integrated the SK Advanced Form Builder app into my Shopify store. The ease of use and customisation options impressed me right off the bat. But what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The support team promptly addressed my queries and assisted with form configurations. This app is a must-have.

Recently setup to be used as a Returns Form and works great with easy implementation into both the shopify store and our current internal RMA process. Considering it is Free I can happily say it is the ideal option for Small to Medium Business where a quick form is all you need.

Does what it’s meant to do and easy to set up. Support was fast and friendly too. Great app!

App does exactly what it says and their support, if needed, is excellent

SK: form builder app helps us to collect data and helps a lot in our business, and great customer support, Quick response and helps much.

Best form builder in my opinion, Way more customization than the default shopify forms app

So easy and convenient to set up custom forms for my website. No hassle at all, took 5 minutes for me to do the work. The support team is reliable, quick and helpful.

Works much better than our old form builder app and support was great.

The app is easy to navigate, and the Google Sheets connector feature is especially useful and works really well.

Great app, gave us all of the functions we required. Customer Service was also great and helped us to fix some small issues.
