Simple and Intuive to use!
nice service
Very straight forward and easy to set-up. No hassle at all! Admin response time is also very good.
It doesn't even load on my Lorenza theme. I can't disable the store icon. Very dissapointed, I really wanted it to work. I could even try to see if it works without paying.
Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate all input on our app and service, as it helps us improve the experience for the benefit of all our users.
We're sorry to hear that you ran into trouble getting the app to load on your Lorenza theme. When you previously reached out to our team, you only asked how to disable the app, so we unfortunately didn't realize you were experiencing these specific technical glitches. Theme conflicts like this are usually a very quick fix for our support team, and we always appreciate the opportunity to resolve them before a merchant decides to uninstall.
We have just reached out to you via private email to get this completely sorted out. We would love to help set up the app on your behalf and ensure you can test it thoroughly. Please check your inbox so we can make things right for you! :-)
Thanks again,
The Effective Apps Team
very goosd
So easy to set up and it looks great!!
Easy to install, I would love if there was a map available to see on the page and not just the icon to click, this would be easier for some of our customers to know what the icon is for.
Just got the app. So far it is all looking really good. The map is easy to use, to put in the locations and it works really well on my site. I needed advice, the help was really good and they made sure I understood everything and had everything work out well.
Great Service!!
ce n'est pas du tout une carte pour positionner les magasins ... aucun intérêt.
