syncX: Stock Inventory Sync

The system is overall easy enough to figure out. But to use it efficiently their customer service is always good with responses. Although they are good at responding to emails technical info sometimes does not translate well, so I suggest setting up a virtual call with their tech team who will walk you through the whole process.

I started using the app for updating our inventory through CSV files, took a little while to set up but ended up working perfectly. After that, I got interested in updating through Rest API, which was even more tedious to set up. Customer service took a couple of days to answer but helped solve the issue, definitely would recommend it.

It's a perfect solution to keep our POS System (MYOB RetailManager) and shopify in sync.

We had some hiccups initially, but the wonderful support from Stock Sync managed to get back to us and fixed the issue within few hours.

I hope the feature will continue to grow such as ability to update price as well.

This app works brilliantly! Completely automates my inventory levels on a daily basis through an automated ftp download of a csv file. Whenever I needed tech support they were always super quick to respond and solved any issues straight away. Very helpful, and a great app. Now my inventory levels are accurate daily, and it's set and forget.

I used this to pull down a zipped FTP feed and it functions well, if a bit slow. That is okay though as this will only occur once or twice a day.

I will update in the future if I run into any issues or find any features lacking. So far it seems full featured and priced in such a way that designing the same system yourself would not save you money.

I've tried a few other bulk uploaders to update our inventory, and none of the others can compare to Stock Sync. The ability to sync to multiple platforms, including emailing an inventory spreadsheet to a specific Stock Sync email address is unparalleled. On top of it all, their customer service is top notch. Fast response time, and thorough solutions.

AMAZING. We needed something to pull stock data from an FTP server on a regular basis and this app not only the easiest to set up but it remains to be the most reliable, affordable, accurate option available. Have used this app for a few years on another Shopify store, now using for a 2nd store. We love how easy it is to use with different file source abilities along with multiple feeds. You can automate an upload daily or hourly, etc. Support is responsive and always here to help. Wee have never had any problems and highly recommend one of the best apps on Shopify.

We are using the Stock Sync App to update stock levels on our web shop. Having multiple bundle sizes of the same item caused a few head scratching moments, but the guys at Stock Sync were excellent at getting everything working.
