ModeMagic ‑ Store Conversions

Thanks to Ree and Stuart for their assistance with creating and resizing badges for my store. The badges are super helpful and useful for our campaigns. The support team is always there to help when customisations are needed but it would ease my workflow if there's a way of customising them myself instead of limiting the placement and sizing options. Hopefully, this will be integrated into the app soon.

this is my first time using shopify app, and I wish I had some custom badge on my shop and my agent helped me a lot on this and he spent a lot of time with me to create the badge exactly what I want :) and also, I accidentally clicked on the wrong button several times which was the credit I paid, but he gave me the points back to my account. I really recommend this app! agent is responding very fast and nice! thank you again for helping me out:)

I do not understand. I had paid for for 200 products. The application allowed you to create your badges. Now to create badges you have to go pro. So pay $ 59 per month. I understand that the creators want to make money but the old clients paid for nothing. OLD REVIEW: I used another app before for my products label but it was difficult to use it and it was not perfect. But this one is very easy to use. You have access to a lot of labels even in different languages. It's perfect.

Nifty app. Simple to use and adds that extra appeal to your online store. I would love to see a couple of missing features. 1) A view which shows ALL items which have badges applied. This would make maintenance a lot easier to manage. 2) If the same badge is added, removed and reapplied to the same product, it should not use an additional credit. Nov 1, 2020 - Update. The view to see all items which have active badges has been added.... Fantastic! Also seeing lots of cool new badges ... sweet. I think it would be a great feature if removed badges are credited back to account for a base of 10 credits.

I've only just started using this app to add some badges to certain products. The app itself is extensive with the amount of pre-made badge designs to choose from, but above that you can also add your own custom badge designed outside of the app, or create a badge within the app using their design tools. I was also struggling with the positioning of my custom uploaded badge and within a few minutes on their help chat, I was assisted by Shikha, who very quickly requested the file and uploaded it for me and made sure it was exactly right and positioned where I needed it. Highly recommend this app, and their personable support team is excellent.

This is one amazing app. A good company is one that supplies a good product and most important a product with good backup support service. This app does exactly that. I personally spent a good productive morning with one of the support staff and and he patiently designed me 5 product badges to choose from. Top class support service and extremely patient with customers. No robot here. !!! You speak to a person who helps you. At the moment i am looking at all options and the first test badge looks good on my website product pages and will help to get the message out to customers. Thank You. This revue by John. I've been using the free plan & it's absolutely perfect for my shop's needs! Plenty of free badges to pick from and also love that you can create your own. Had to reach out to customer service with a minor issue about saving a custom badge and got an immediate response from Stu. He went above and beyond to help create what I needed and saved it to my library within minutes. And to top it off, it was like talking to a friend! I can't say enough good things about my experience without sounding like I'm being paid for this review. Which I am not (I checked the box). You might think you "don't need no stinkin' badges" - but you do! ModeMagic is magic :)

Easiest user interface for applying badges - shocked by the other ones I've tried and how complicated they seemed to make it with unattractive stickers. This one is simple, good looking stickers, easy to use! No issues "undoing" the badge and restoring original quality picture. Most impressive is if you request a custom badge/sticker - they actually do it and email you an update and import it into your app. I just did this again with custom ANIMATED badges - literally so cool. I had issues loading once and they emailed to follow up 3x; it is evident they care about customer service. An easy 5 stars and I tried almost every other sticker badge app. Thanks guys!

We use this app to tag products that are either new or best sellers, and help those products to stand off the page a little better. A red NEW badge seems to really catch the customer's eye. It is very easy to add or remove tags/badges and there is plenty of badge selection to choose from. They offer a variety of kind of cutesy looking badges, and others that are more professional. You can also make your own badge (with limited options), or request that they make a badge for you, although we have never needed to use those features. We also have completely custom code and the app works seamlessly with it with no issues, unlike a lot of apps in this store. The price is more than fair too. I would definitely recommend this app.
