Store Locator ‑ W3

Very helpful team with a lot of knowledge on the app. They solved my problem and then some. I would reco the W3 Locator to anyone looking for a store locator for their site.

OMG. This is exactly what I needed and the price is fantastic. This is the app to use. No question. It's super easy to add retailers, the map works perfectly and the customer support is fast and clear. PERFECT.

Has been up and down for us, when it works, it's great. Right now it's been down for a couple days, no way to get it back up at this time. I have had to take it off the site until support can assist or we may have to install an alternative.

Today they really impressed me. We did a theme redesign and it messed up the location of the search button. I'm sure, absolutely sure this was not their fault, but they fixed it quickly and easily, for free. Thanks to Jason Belden for that one.

Excellent app with even better support. They are very quick to respond and extremely helpful with any questions you have. Definitely recommend them.

Very good app. Easy to use and and very user friendly display. Price is very reasonable. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that if a user searches for a location and then zooms out the map still only shows store locations within the initial search. Once the user zooms out the map should refresh to show all locations.

I was hoping this app would be more customizable and eye-catching than the other store locator app we use, but this app (W3) is very basic. Not appealing to the eye at all. You would think the layout of the store locator would be like images in the media gallery they provide, but the store shown must of customized it A LOT because the live locator looks nothing like the screenshots.

Its 10 minutes after starting the free trial and I have already added my locations, swapped out the page in my nav and added url redirect from the old static page I had and was updating. AWESOME! One thing I would love is an API to allow new locations to be added through my CRM system. Add that and this will be the ultimate solution at a reasonable price... all the other solutions are crazy expensive!

2018 Update - Had an issue with website not being displayed along with the store physical address under the map. It was resolved very quickly with friendly customer support. Still recommend 3 years after our first review below.

2015 - Have been using the app for the last few months through our busiest selling season. Great, fast customer service and only issue was because we grew so fast, added more than 50 stores so any additional ones weren't being displayed. It was a simple setting that had to be changed. Works great on mobile too. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this App only if you have a small amount of locations.

Cons:
You need to modify your browser privacy settings to use this App
If you have a lot of locations you'll want to Export, make edits, and Import. But this App does not make this process easy.
You can't navigate from location to location when editing (no pagination between locations) so you have to go back to page 1 of the list of locations, remember where you were, find and open that location, make your edit, and repeat. More than 10 locations and this is a huge pain.
