CR ‑ Store Pickup/Delivery

I used this app to set up our virtual bottle shop. We needed pick up only - tech support was amazing in adjusting to remove shipping options and tailoring to our needs super quickly! Would highly recommend

THIS APP HAS CHANGED MY BUSINESS INSTANTLY. I HAVE TWO LOCATIONS IN TWO MAJOR CITIES AND WAS NEEDING PICKUP IN STORE FOR UNIQUE PRODUCTS IN BOTH PLACES!!! Works perfect and the help department is fantastic. I had another app that was TRASH and this one is the total opposite. Thanks soooooo much

I LOVE this app!! It is easy to use and it gives us the peace of mind we need to know our customers can easily choose their pickup location and time of pickup based on our open hours. My brick and mortar store is closed due to stay at home restrictions, but our online business is still available. I suddenly needed to supercharge my online offerings with more product and options for local pick up now that people couldn’t just come in to the stores. I spent three hours reviewing, installing, and deleting about three other apps before I found this one. This does everything I needed it to do, including: offering local pick up, letting people choose the store and a time, the ability to block same day pick up (as I need to move stuff between stores), and more. It was quick to install. I’ve had one sale using it already and had a small glitch in my set up - they found the problem in my set up right away and fixed it.

I used this app to help me setup store pickup only. Since Shopify was geared toward online shipping, there were several areas that needed attention. The support I received to make it work was definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Tough review to write, Constantine was quick to respond and try to help however this app was not designed for a high volume store. You are not able to delete appointments, change appointments or export directly from app. The data is exported to Shopify via tags which is not then able to be filtered by time and date separately. Furthermore the time and date is sometimes switched which makes the data completely unfilterable separately by date and time once exported to Excel. Customer service is really great, if you are a small shop with low volume this would probably be a good app to use. If you are a high volume store or would like the ability to edit appointments, keep shopping.
