Excellent App! Literally took me minutes to download and sync my products for SEO. Their customer service is top notch. They immediately scheduled a call to verify the website and explain much in detail the entire process so that one does not waste their time looking for stuff. Mr. Pial from their team was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time in explaining the entire app and also helped me with SEO related things outside of their app which is an added bonus. 100% recommened this for all SEO related work.
It has been only a day since we installed this app, but already, the app is highlighting areas of our site that need addressing. We were surprised about this as we have used other SEO tools in the past, which seem to have not been as accurate or informative as StoreSEO.
The app is easy to install, quick to report problem areas and has a bunch of other options I have not got to yet. But we have seen enough to be pleased with our decision to try StoreSEO.
We have found Michelle to be quick and professional in replying to our questions, giving full answers and examples of why things are done. There are also a ton of resources to help users get to grips with this app's offerings, which I look forward to learning.

All has been running well until recently. The App kept freezing. It didn't keep the saves I'd made, and frankly, it has caused more work than it is worth. I'm afraid we'll need to look for an alternative. Frustrating when it started so well. The self-help option in the app for problem-solving isn't the easiest to follow, either.

Good app - easy to use when you get started - its not too overwhelming. Setting up analytics was a bit tricky but support guided me through and all is going well
Very easy to use - customer service is very helpful. One this is needed though - need to be able to clear on our own without having to schedule a call with customer service.

Where do I start? First, the description would lead you to believe that this app will do more work than it actually does. You will still have to go through each product to "Fix" whatever issue it says that you might have. Second, and this is where I feel like a tool, but when you go into a product, you can "Optimize your meta titles, meta descriptions, and tags with the power of AI". You can only do this if you pay a 1-time fee for credits. Now, the messed up part of this is that when you generate the "Fixes," it will show you in real-time the change in your SEO Score. And it actually makes the score worse. For example, the Meta Description should only be a certain amount of characters. When you "Generate" the Meta Description, it generates too many characters, so your SEO Score goes down, and you get a message saying that there are too many characters. So you will pay to make your SEO Score go down. You can easily revert it, but why offer a paid service that doesn't make your SEO better?
UPDATE: As I mentioned this morning, the improved AI model, which was in the testing phase, has now been deployed to our production app. We have prioritized this change as High and deployed today. Could you please try the AI Content Generator and let us know how it goes now. Also, we've reset your AI Credits as well that yo used for our previous AI model.

I understand your concern about the AI-generated character limit, which sometimes affects your SEO lower due to the AI model we used in the initial phase of our AI Content Generator.
The good news is that we have already updated our AI model, and it is currently in the testing phase on our development app. We will deploy the updated model very soon.
I will inform you when the update is live, and I’d love for you to try it out to see if it resolves the issue. Additionally, since you have already spent credits, we will reimburse the credits you used with the current model so that you can use them.
