I give it a four because I tried it, uninstalled it, then reinstalled and bought it. That confused the situation and I was without the paid for upgrade for about a month being told I cancelled. But Nicole stayed on it and got it sorted. Now I have the app up and running. I like this app and it has actually done a great deal for our SEO. Customer service was frustrating at times, but they hung in there and made it okay.
Hi there,
Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear that you loved our app.
Regarding the subscription issue you mentioned, unfortunately, we don’t have control over that. When you uninstall any app, Shopify’s subscription system automatically cancels the subscription. To re-enable it, you’ll need to contact the app’s support team directly. We hope this clarifies the situation.
Regardless, we hope you continue using the app and feel free to reach out to our support team if you need any further assistance.

Jen was fantastic to work with and she was very pleasant. Very helpful and extremely professional. I absolutely enjoyed talking to her.
Jen Roraldo is the best representative I have ever worked with at Shopify. She helped me with my SEO optimalization questions and explained to me even what it meant and how it worked. I was not real savvy with what i meant to the program or to users. I have full comprehension now and it all is due to Jen's help!
She works so wonderful with customers - a vey pleasant personality. I would recommend her as a LEAD if she is not already. Intelligent, pleasant, calming, and most of all she got the job done quickly and with full guidance and patience !
