Supr Bundle & Subscription App

I’ve been using this app for a while now, and I’m really impressed with both its features and the excellent support. It’s already better than the other apps I’ve tried, and I can see it becoming one of the best in its category. I’ve since uninstalled the alternatives—highly recommended, and kudos to the developers!

What really sets it apart is the flexibility to integrate it seamlessly with my own code without having to rely on the app’s built-in widgets. This makes a big difference when you need more customisation. After trying more than five other apps, including paid options, this is the only one I’ve found that makes that integration so straightforward.

Will keep using this, and hope the developers are going to keep this app long enough.

Supr has helped us manage and organize our complex annual subscription model, navigating timing, cadence and backend workarounds to help us get our independent magazine off the ground. They are responsive and clear and helpful with any problems that arise. I would recommend this service/app for anyone who is looking to offer a subscription based product on their Shopify store.

I finally found both build a box and subscription feature in a single app - Supr, which was easy to use, fully featured with all sorts of tweaks that you expect from a build a box and subscription app. Support from Stefan and Shekhar was also really quick to respond when there was an issue and when there were feature request.

Excellent customer support!
I contacted Supr support with a question about shipping fees for my prepaid subscriptions. Stefan took the time to investigate my setup, clearly explained how prepaid shipping works with Shopify, and helped me configure a separate shipping profile so that shipping is now calculated correctly for each delivery.

While checking my account, he also noticed that my prepaid subscriptions weren't configured exactly as I intended and fixed the setting for me. He was friendly, patient, quick to respond, and made everything very easy to understand.

As a small business owner setting up subscriptions for the first time, having this level of support makes a huge difference. Thank you, Stefan!

Supr Subscriptions was easy to set up. I had subscription options live on a product page in under an hour, including fiddling with the look and feel.

Exceptional customer service!

I have a lot of trouble with technology and am not very "savvy" when it comes to these things. However, each and every time I reached out to customer support I was always greeted with kindness and patience.

They were never dismissive and always took the time to understand fully what my issues were and would take the time needed to explain to me (in detail) how to solve them.

I honestly was worried I was being a bother with how much I needed their help but they have helped me with every little detail and without complaint.

I was extremely stressed out when some "issues" arose in my store but they very promptly fixed all the bugs and exceeded my expectations of what I wanted done!

I am excited to continuing using this app and feel it will benefit our business greatly and enhance our workflow as well!

THIS APP IS A HIDDEN GEM! I tried at least 7 other subscription apps before this, and was soooo frustrated until I chanced upon Super. 2-in-1 subscriptions & bundling, and fully customizable widgets. Literally plug & play and it looks beautiful. The BEST PART has got to be the support I got from a REAL HUMAN (thank you Shekhar!) that fixed everything over chat instantly. Seriously, this performs way better than most of the paid apps out there. THANK YOU!
