Merchants describe this as a powerful, reliable discount and functions engine for complex promotions Shopify can’t handle natively. They use it for advanced discounts, B2B pricing, POS‑only rules, checkout validation, custom shipping and payment logic, and as a replacement for Shopify Scripts. Many highlight the intuitive interface, AI‑assisted function builder, strong performance during big sales, and fast, hands‑on support that helps with setup, migration, and custom logic.
