Regarding the charge you mentioned: you were subscribed to our Pay-as-you-go plan, which is billed based on your store's total monthly order volume. To help avoid surprises, the estimated monthly cost is always displayed clearly in the Account Settings inside the app before charges apply.
We also noticed that you contacted our support team about this, and we replied shortly after, but haven’t heard back yet.

Nice app but very unclear on how much I would be charged for the app. I ended up deleting the app because I did not want to face unexpected charges.

Regarding your concern, I can confirm that you were charged twice—once in March and once in April 2025. This is according to our usage-based pricing, which adjusts according to the number of orders placed in your store during each billing period.
