Swap Returns & Exchanges

We have been working with Swap since August 2022 and it's a great system for returns! It's very easy to use from both our own and our customer perspective. We've recently added the Credit option live in our account and it's already paid for itself. Account support is excellent, always very helpful and fast to respond to questions and issues.

A great app matched by a great customer experience.

We have used Loop returns in the past and and Swap does all what Loop does but with a better customer service experience and also one tenth of the price.

Returns have always been a pain point, I imagine for most businesses however, the guys at SWAP have definitely changed returns for us, the whole process is much quicker and easier for our customers. They've also made our lives much each for us to process returns and we're able to retain revenue through the shop now credit for customers.
