This app charge your $39.99 right away even when you cancel your subscription to same day and they don't refund back automatically. Therefore this app is a scam and you cannot come in contact with them so you'll have to get your money back.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration. Just to clarify, our app does not offer a free trial currently, which means when a subscription is started, the charge is applied right away for the billing period. In your case, the charge occurred because the subscription had already started before you uninstalled the app.
That said, by uninstalling the app, your subscription was automatically canceled, and you will not be charged again.

This app will not let you cancel.So I'm just uninstall in it and I'm hoping.I'll be not getting charged because this is a day before the cancellation. And when you look on shopify , it tells you to uninstall it , there's no uninstall button.
