客服很耐心的幫我一一解釋所有的問題和煩惱！從物流到shopify後台的設定到串流和出貨中遇到的問題都解釋得很清楚也很輕切。剛遇到了兩個主要問題就是shopify basic 沒辦法做串接所以需要升級方案才能串接，再來就是設定滿多少錢就能免運的設定。現在問題都解決了！謝謝
謝謝 Joanne 的協助與使用説明，從一開始的咨詢到正式安裝app，說明和提供的資料也很詳盡清晰，也提供綠界金物流串接的協助。安裝時遇到問題也很親切、很幫忙，而且能有效的解決問題。使用方面目前都很順暢，期待未來功能會越來越豐富完整，讓更多台灣的顧客也能開心並習慣使用Shopify。
Kelly專業耐心的協助我們處理了我們遇到的問題，回覆上也相當的即時。
金物流上都能統整，在訂單頁面上就可以查閱發票、超商相關資訊，訂單查詢相當方便。
在運費上也可以依據品項和離島做不同設定，目前使用了一年多，系統陸續更新的功能也都越來越符合我們的需求，非常推薦有超商運送需求的台灣店家使用！
使用了大半個月還算蠻順暢, 有任何問題通過email都會得到快速的回應, 很感謝Joanne的協助和詳細的解說。期待要改善的是 1) 當手動訂單成立後, 要自行編輯客人的發票資訊時有點不便利, 逐一新增參數欄位有點缺乏效率。2) app誤判黑貓對小琉球為離島的收費, 這一個判別誤區希望日後可以改善。
窗口人很Nice，期待奧雲新階段的應用程式能更貼和各種需求，也希望收費能提供更多的優惠方案，另外也希望Shopify能盡快提供台灣地區的官方窗口，能及時協助user排解相關網站問題就更好。 還有關於B2C的店到店寄貨方案(非大宗寄貨進物流倉)，賣家沒有逆物流的選項，這個也是目前感到有點不方便的部分，希望能有解決方案協助user，謝謝。
從一開始尚未安裝APP時的諮詢到安裝使用後的過程,Kelly都非常熱心協助,一有問題都可以獲得快速地且精確地回覆,不管是真的有bug需要請工程師支援或是個人設定上的問題都可以切確的獲得協助,真的覺得kelly非常專業,且態度很親切,很棒!推推,還在猶豫的朋友們可以直接諮詢客服~Ako的網站和FAQ也做得不錯,在開始使用前可以先好好閱讀一下,說明詳細清楚,可以按造步驟走就好
