Great support and service. Very responsive to questions and always willing to help when asked. The app is easy to use and the TargetBay team listen to customer requests to further expand features to continually make the app better!
I've been with Target Bay for a few years now and they are super friendly, very responsive and offer the best customer service. They have also helped us solve super technical problems with regards to sending emails. I would highly recommend.
My account manager Ben has been thorough on following up anytime I have had an issue or concern. It is amazing to work with a company that values 1 on 1 support so much. Very happy to be using TargetBay as it has many useful tools and a UI that is very easy to navigate.
Signed up TargetBay after struggling with 2 other apps, and it has already exceeded what the others were lacking. I had a question with a feature and after submitting a question, AK immediately scheduled a conference that answered my questions and also taught me more that I didn't know. Thank you so much!
This company is cold calling and can't even answer the phone once the call connects. Stop wasting small business's time with poor strategy and implementation.

We want to clarify that this store's was not to use the app. We noticed that they barely used the app.
They have installed this app with the intention of writing a one-star review. We did not cold call them. We are a small business too and it is painful to see another small business using app store reviews system to hurt someone. This app is very user-friendly. The dedicated support staff are quick to help with any questions, and the review platform looks great on our website. I highly recommend utilizing their services to grow reviews for your products.
We needed more customer reviews for our new website, and TargetBay delivered. Plus they have a lot more tools to engage consumers, which has significantly improved our conversion rate and return customer rate. The ROI has been awesome, and their customer support is also great! As we keep learning, they help us to tweak our settings for better performance.
First of all this is the only app I have experienced with any customer service . Not to mention I was blown away with all the help I received. So far seems to me like the best Reviews app there is out there! Well done Target Bay and thank you so much for all your help.
NO ACTUAL "FREE PLAN" The"FREE" product plan is only for 14 day (even though there is noting about it being a trial on their plan or pricing page). So basically : If I want to keep the reviews that I collected and the set up work that I did to my store, I will have to now pay them $10USD / Month. The app works ok but if I go over their number of reviews I will have to pay more again. In fairness, the site review and product review features look good and are easy to use. I would like to see them add a "share review link" for site and not just products.
I removed the app but it's still sending out emails to customers. Sent a request for help and no response.
