Teeinblue Product Personalizer

The support team at Teeinblue is very responsive and helpful. I had some issues with the functionality of UpCart when used with Teeinblue products and wasn’t sure how to fix them. After reaching out to Teeinblue support via chat, they looked into the issue and found a solution.

Even for smaller customizations I requested, the team was supportive and implemented the changes as needed. The support is fast, professional, and reliable.

I would recommend Teeinblue to anyone looking for a solid personalization app with good customer support.

Hace un poco mas de un año que uso la plataforma y me parece sorprendente al día de hoy. Es definitivamente la mejor herramienta de personalización de Shopify, lo tiene todo.

_Enorme variedad de parámetros a personalizar, lo que necesites, lo vas a encontrar sin problemas.

_Un precio más que accesible, el plan inicial es ideal sobre todo para pequeños negocios o emprendedores que están iniciando.

_El Soporte técnico es de lo mejor. Siempre predispuestos, se nota que conocen más que bien su plataforma y saben como ayudarte o solucionar algún problema inmediatamente si llegara a surgir, impecables.

_Una comunidad más que colaborativa y una base de datos con documentación sobre todo lo que quieras aprender a implementar.

Estoy más que conforme, lo recomiendo al 110%.

Perfektná aplikácia, ktorá dokáže vytvárať personalizované obrazy. Používateľsky veľmi prijateľná na pochopenie. Ak je s niečím problém, support mi rýchlo odpíše a pomôže. Môžem len odporučiť.

We have already tried several personalization tools, and all in all, Teeinblue is simply the best - offering countless possibilities! And if anything doesn’t work as expected, the exceptionally great support always ensures everything runs smoothly.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Herstellung der einzelnen Deisgns etc. Man muss zwar am Anfang etwas reindenken, aber sobald man die Elemente verstanden hat, ist es doch ganz leicht. Sobald wir dann doch Fragen hatten, hat uns das freundliche Team zu jederzeit weitergeholfen! Kann ich deshalb nur empfehlen. :) Auch wenn es mal etwas Individuelles gibt, wurde uns vom immer geholfen und der Code angepasst. Wir sind sehr zurfireden!

I started planning my online shop but I didn't get anywhere. I wanted to offer personalization, but I didn't succeed. I'm so glad I found this app. I'm new to Shopify and still have a lot to learn. the team of Teeinblue is unbelievable. They solved all my problems with so much patience and time. Ich kann gar nicht genug sagen, wie sehr wir Teeinblue lieben. Der Support ist immer hilfebereit, freundlich und schnell. Es gibt immer wieder Verbesserungen - auch die Community wird dabei gehört - und die Software funktioniert einfach immer reibungslos. Man muss sich natürlich immer einarbeiten - wir sprechen hier immerhin von einer professionellen Lösung für personalisierte Designs - aber, diese Lösung ist einfacher als viele andere, die ich ausprobiert habe. Letztendlich blieb nur noch Teeinblue übrig und das sollte für sich sprechen. Bitte weiter so! Vielen Dank, dass es euch gibt!

Edit: Nach 6 Monaten, können wir immer noch nicht genug von Teeinblue schwärmen. Sie arbeiten stetig an Neuerungen und sind auch im Support-Bereich einfach immer für uns da und helfen uns. Gerade haben wir ein neues Theme aus dem Shopify-Store veröffentlicht, welches nicht ganz smooth laufen wollte. Ich kontaktiere Tiffany und Jason meldete sich ein paar Minuten später mit der Lösung zurück und brachte alles wieder zum Laufen. Einfach ein perfekter Support - wie man es sich wünscht.

I can't say enough about how much we love Teeinblue. The support is always helpful, friendly, and quick. There are constant improvements – the community is listened to – and the software always works flawlessly. Of course, there is always a learning curve – after all, we're talking about a professional solution for personalized designs – but this solution is easier than many others I've tried. In the end, only Teeinblue remained, and that speaks for itself. Keep up the great work! Thank you for being there!

Edit: After 6 months, we still can't stop raving about Teeinblue. They continuously work on new features and are always there for us in the support area, helping us out. We recently launched a new theme from the Shopify store that wasn't running smoothly. I contacted Tiffany, and Jason got back to me a few minutes later with the solution and got everything working again. Simply perfect support - just as you would wish for.

Today I needed support again, and what can I say? The team at teeinblue is simply fantastic. I also want to mention that ever since I installed it, I feel like I'm on a continuous journey of improvement. They are constantly working on new solutions and even implement feasible suggestions when the community feels they are necessary. Plus, new features are regularly added. I don’t ever want to be without you guys! Thank you so much for your outstanding work.

The app's extensive tools can be a little overwhelming at first and require some practice, but the video tutorials and support staff provided by teeinblue are excellent. The fact that the app offers the customer a real time preview directly in the mock-up as well as a selection of different, production-ready output file types is everything you could wish for as an online retailer in the custom product segment.

Der Kundensupport ist wirklich drauf aus zu helfen. Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten mein Problem zu beschreiben.
Die netten und kompetenten Mitarbeiter von Teeinblue haben geduldig sich die Zeit genommen, um mein Problem zu verstehen und mir zu helfen das Problem zu lösen.

Die App ansich ist verdammt gut, wenn man weiß wie sie funktioniert. Man hat unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten!

Der Support ist wirklich klasse! Bei Fragen oder Problemen erhält man schnell und unkompliziert Hilfe. Die App ist sehr vielfältig und man muss sich an die ganzen Einstellungen gewöhnen. Das großzügige Hilfecenter sowie Youtube-Videos helfen aber dabei, mit der App klar zu kommen.
