Teeinblue Product Personalizer

Die App ist aufgrund Ihres Funktionsumfangs nicht innerhalb von ein paar Minuten verstanden, aber man findet rein und wird bei Fragen durch den Service sofort geholfen. Sogar beim Einbinden von verschiedenen Features wurde mir innerhalb von wenigen Stunden immer eine Lösung geboten. Durch die Schnittstellen, die es im Teeinblue gibt, kann man problemlos weitere Programme anbinden und so einen voll automatisierten Prozess aufsetzen. Aus meiner Sicht kann ich diese App uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn es um eine schnelle Lösung für personalisierte Artikel geht.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I specifically needed an app that would allow customers to change dog coat colors and add in text when needed. I tried 2 previous apps with the same issue...but TeeInBlue was the only app that actually worked to figure out the problem. (The Vitals app was interfering with the cart.).

In addition, whenever I've needed any smaller help so far...they've been super quick to help me get it figured out. My site feels polished and professional...and I have no doubt we'll see a nice increase in sales with TeeInBlue installed.

Sorunu detaylı şekilde inceleyip adım adım yardımcı olmaları, gerektiğinde ekran üzerinden ne yapmam gerektiğini açıklamaları ve konu tamamen çözüme kavuşana kadar ilgilenmeleri gerçekten takdire değer.

Özellikle teknik konularda bazen neyin yanlış olduğunu anlamak oldukça zor olabiliyor. Buna rağmen destek ekibinin sabırlı bir şekilde sorunu dinlemesi ve kullanıcı açısından anlaşılır bir dille çözüm sunması, Teeinblue’yu kullanırken kendimi çok daha güvende hissetmemi sağlıyor.

Ayrıca destek ekibinin sadece “şunu yapın” şeklinde cevap vermek yerine, sorunun neden kaynaklandığını ve nasıl çözülebileceğini açıklaması benim için büyük bir artı. Bu sayede sadece mevcut problemi çözmekle kalmıyor, ileride benzer bir durumla karşılaştığımda kendim de nasıl ilerleyebileceğimi öğreniyorum.

Teeinblue gibi kişiselleştirilmiş ürünler satan işletmeler için oldukça önemli bir altyapı sunuyor. Ürün özelleştirme süreçlerinin doğru çalışması, müşteriye doğru önizleme sunulması ve siparişlerin sorunsuz şekilde ilerlemesi işletme açısından çok önemli. Böyle bir sistemin arkasında ilgili ve ulaşılabilir bir destek ekibinin bulunması, Teeinblue’yu benim gözümde çok daha değerli hale getiriyor.

Kısacası; Teeinblue’nun kendisinden olduğu kadar destek ekibinden de oldukça memnunum. Hızlı, ilgili, sabırlı, profesyonel ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları için tüm ekibe teşekkür ederim.

A very versatile product personalization app. Once you understand its logic, you can work with it very quickly. I especially like that it allows you to offer customers a wide range of personalization options without making it feel overwhelming or difficult to use, unlike older-style product editor apps. On the contrary, it provides almost endless customization possibilities while remaining extremely easy and intuitive for the customer.

The support is 10/10. They are fast and highly efficient in helping. Alina assisted me, and I would especially like to thank her for her kindness and quick response.

Ich stehe mit meinem Shop noch ganz am Anfang und komme nicht aus dem E-Commerce-Bereich. Deshalb muss ich mir vieles erst nach und nach aneignen. Gerade zu Beginn war teeinblue für mich nicht immer einfach zu verstehen.

Umso mehr hat mich der Support überzeugt. Bisher wurde jedes meiner Probleme schnell und kompetent gelöst. Egal wie viele Fragen ich hatte – selbst wenn sie für erfahrene Nutzer wahrscheinlich ganz einfach waren – hatte ich nie das Gefühl, dass sich ein Mitarbeiter daran gestört hat. Im Gegenteil: Das Team war immer freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereit.

Ein so guter Support ist gerade für Einsteiger unglaublich wertvoll. Vielen Dank an das gesamte teeinblue-Team!

I just started using Teeinblue this week, and I've been impressed with how the design process is organized - it's modular, so it's very logical and saves time compared to other order automation apps I've used. It looks very nice on the storefront as well, and seems like it will be user-friendly for customers. There's a bit of a learning curve, but the customer service has been very responsive and I'm happy with my choice.

I have been using this app for a couple of weeks now on the trial, and it's great!

I will be using the full paid version going forward as the support from the team is very good and the app customisation features are great. It is very much worth the money.
