Worst customer support that you can ever imagine.
They only work on hong kong singapore hours so if you're in the US, Europe than this app is not going to work for you.
They will only give you a reply on hong kong singapore hours so you have to wait 1 whole day in order to fix something as little as changing the colors

Amazing service
I’ve been using TeeInBlue for about 2 years now, and it has become a very important part of my store.
What I appreciate the most is how easy it is to create personalized products, while still having a lot of flexibility and options to be creative. The app gives us many possibilities to build custom products without making the process complicated.
One of the biggest improvements for my business has been the live preview feature. Before using it, it was much harder for customers to imagine what their personalized product would look like. Being able to see the result live has made the buying experience much clearer and has noticeably improved my conversion rate.
TeeInBlue has also saved me a huge amount of time in my daily workflow. Instead of having to manage everything manually, a big part of the personalization process is now much smoother and more efficient.
I also want to highlight the support team. They have always been available, kind, attentive and very efficient, no matter what type of request I had. Every time I needed help setting something up or solving a specific issue, they took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find a solution.
After 2 years of using the app, I can genuinely say that both the product and the support have been very reliable. If you sell personalized products on Shopify, TeeInBlue is definitely an app worth considering.
