It's a great app and customer service is amazing. We have a strict quantity that we can't oversell at the point of adding to cart, it seems like a feature controlled by Shopify and it's the same for most apps but Robert at Timesact customised it for us and it worked perfectly. Thank you so much!

The support for this app is out of this world fast. We have an issue that was causing us £1000 in lost sales and they fixed it within 30mins. Incredibly fast, professional and polite. Can't recommend them enough.

Timesact has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It’s simple to set up, easy to manage, and does exactly what we need for running pre-orders.

One of the best features is how easy it is to set up pre-orders across all our products and their variants. It gives you plenty of flexibility to get everything configured properly without needing to jump straight onto a paid plan.

The support is also excellent. Every time we’ve needed help, the team has been incredibly quick to respond, easy to work with, and genuinely helpful in getting things sorted.

We usually sell digital goods, so no need for pre-orders. However, we are releasing a charity single which has a physical CD available and to receive pre-orders seemed like a great idea so we could see if it was going to be financially viable for us to do so. Not being over technically savvy, I was helped with any queries I had by Princess on the chat line and she made the whole process very uncomplicated to install and adjust any features we required, so thank you for your help with this :) We're only on the free plan, but will definitely be considering one of the featured plans as things evolve.

I wanted to launch a new store with made to order products. I found this app and it works perfectly. There was some technical issues for my particular need and the CTO addressed it themself and quickly. It was the last step before I can launch the store and they were quick to help me. I would recommend for other store owners.

I almost never do reviews but I REALLY love this app. I've used it almost a year, it's so easy to upgrade and downgrade the plan depending on how many items I need have on pre-order. It's super cheap and the amount of plans they have available is so so helpful! I have made a lot of money from the pre-orders as well! It's fantastic for cashflow if you have out of stock products as well!

We waited until we had used TimesAct for a while before leaving a review, and we’re very pleased with both the app and the support behind it.

Installation went smoothly. We encountered a couple of minor glitches, but that’s where their customer service really stood out. The first issue involved the app not fitting properly within the cart area. I sent them a message, received a response almost immediately, and the problem was completely fixed within an hour.

Later, we experienced an occasional issue where products that were not available for pre-order were appearing as though they were. I opened the chat expecting to deal with an AI bot, but instead I was connected with a real person who patiently said, “Take your time—we’ll get through this.” After receiving standard administrative access to the app, their team investigated and corrected everything without requiring me to do any additional technical work.

This is customer service done properly: a real person, responding in real time, with patience and a genuine desire to solve the problem. They didn’t try to rush me through an automated system or make the issue my responsibility. They simply took care of it.

Great app, excellent support, and a team that genuinely stands behind its product. We look forward to keeping TimesAct on our store for a long time.

Great app and very responsive support. My favorite feature is being able to set pre-orders at the variant level, so in-stock options can keep selling normally while sold-out variants switch to pre-order automatically. That’s exactly what I needed. The setup is flexible, and the support team was very helpful when I had a small issue getting everything synced.
