Great app and very responsive support. My favorite feature is being able to set pre-orders at the variant level, so in-stock options can keep selling normally while sold-out variants switch to pre-order automatically. That’s exactly what I needed. The setup is flexible, and the support team was very helpful when I had a small issue getting everything synced.

I’ve used Timesact to run a preorder campaign for one of my products across a few variations. I’ve found it super easy to use the app to make specific sales plans (dispatch dates for different dates) and generally set my store up with the timesact plug in to enable pre orders. The support from the Timesact team has also been superb throughout the whole process. I had an introductory call to run through any questions and with the chat function its great if you have any issues

Exceptional customer service. We had an urgent situation where a product variant sold out and we needed pre-orders working fast. Rommel and Tudor from the support team jumped on it straight away and were patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in getting it working correctly rather than just closing the ticket. We hit a couple of technical issues on our side along the way, and they tracked both down and got everything sorted the same day. Really impressed with how responsive and knowledgeable the team was. Highly recommend.

We had a few issues with our pre-order settings that were affecting how the pre-order label and shipping dates displayed on our store. The Timesact team was very helpful in identifying the cause and fixing it quickly — great support and fast turnaround.

The app itself is always improving. The new version covers all the pain points that weren't addressed by the previous iteration (bulk uploading preorder SKUs, multiple inventory locations for messages, etc). I would recommend it to anyone, especially those with complex or ongoing back in stocks/preorders/etc.
