Great customer support! Awesome choice if you like me in a country that the Tik Tok app doesn't support. Very happy
Customer service was so patience and did everything that needed to be done to make sure my pixel was up and running. Thank you
Huge issue - won't charge us but is charging us??? and is installed but can't use and won't open because we stuck at payment page.
UPDATE:
The billing issue is resolved, we are waiting for you to confirm :-)
I tried to reach out to you via email but never heard back.
Have a great day! :-)

Hi,
Thank you for your review and for sharing a loom screen recording of the issue.
That issue seems to be related to Shopify's Billing - because the subscription approval screen is entirely related to Shopify and not to our app.
We've witnessed that this issue resolves automatically by uninstalling and then re-installing the app, would you be able to try that? We will also reach out to Shopify regarding this strange issue that prevents merchants from activating the app's subscription.
Update: We have reported to Shopify about the billing issue and await their reply. In the meantime, we instructed the merchant to uninstall and reinstall the app, as it appears that it resolves the mentioned issue.
Thanks again! :-)

This is a crazy simple and quick way to install a pixel. The instructions were very easy to follow! I Highly recommend this app!!!
App is great, support helped me setup everything really quick. They are really great and will go out of their way to help you. Thank you!
Installation has been straight forward. Had a small issue a few months after installation and support was able to solve the problem quickly.
Brilliant app and brilliant customer service. The customer support actually was very helpful and also the app is really easy and helpful to use.
I had an issue setting up the pixel and Shahar has been really helpful! He even offered to set up the settings himself. I definitely recommend this app!
Had a slight issue with the triggering of events when first downloaded, but Shahar was very quick to fix the issue. Much easier than setting this up manually.
I was looking for an app to help install multiple TikTok pixels on the same store and this app helps to do it effortlessly. The support team is amazing too, my special thanks to Shahar and Zeeshan ;)
