GoodAPI: Donations and Trees

One of the best apps I've ever downloaded on Shopify. Period. Saif, one of the co-founders, immediately reached out after I installed the app and personally offered to help me get it all setup on my store when it was clearly nighttime where he is. You can instantly tell he loves what he does and cares deeply not just about each customer, but the planet as a whole. It's rare to see someone and a company have such a pure intention to serve and give back to the world. Thank you for everything you guys do and a particular thank you to Saif! Much love!

OMG this app is awesome! When I installed it they immediately asked if I needed help through the chat portal. Then they guided me through the integration with a simple video. They also have written step-by-step instructions if its easier for some people. Once linked, you can have free access to a range of marketing materials once you sign an agreement that shows you understand how to use their logos and give the organizations credit. The organizations are providing work, structure and the power of reforestation to communities all over the world. I am going to breathe easier knowing every sale is helping the planet. Thank you!

I am thrilled with this app and the cause it supports - it's simple and useful. Other apps felt very bloated down with different UI elements, campaigns, pricing, etc. I do think those are good for some brands but I needed something very simple. Also love how transparent they are about how it works and impact they've made so far. I had some issues with styling the elements on my product pages and checkout due to my theme's color scheme, but I reached out to Saif and his team and the help and attention I received was OUTSTANDING! Beyond excellent. Saif accessed my store's theme and quickly made some changes that made everything look 10x better. I would recommend this app to anyone, the reviews are well-deserved! Everything works just as advertised with A++ customer service. I also love how the aesthetically pleasing the badges and banners look, fits right into my theme.

Super easy to use, with a straightforward setup. Stellar support - one of the founders was in chat with me while I set it up, and was able to instantly address a detail I needed changed.

The team are so helpful! They reached out and offered to do the badge installation for me and gave me options of where to put them. They also offered media assets for our social media announcements. Awesome so far!!

Really pleased with the app its one best prices per tree planting and the badges look really clean and good on the site. I needed some initial questions answered when installing the app and the support team were super helpful.

Great concept, but not GDPR compliant.

As an EU merchant I discovered there was no Data Processing Agreement or sub-processor list in place, and hasn't been for 4 years.

Until proper GDPR compliance is implemented, this app is risky for EU merchants handling customer data.

Mirvise has been super awesome with helping me setup the app and making it look good with my theme. His answering time and turnarounds are very quick. He's friendly and informative and goes that extra mile to make sure we have all the info needed and that the app solves all our needs.
