This app is amazing, super accurate and so much easier than trying to work out numbers by yourself. I had a small issue and reached out to customer support, within 5 minutes I had a reply (and a fix) from Customer service rep Grace. Would rate them even higher if I could!

The app is really great and easy to setup, the customer support is incredible they are always watching for errors you could have made settings up the shipping costs etc. That's how Vani from the customer support helped me fix my shipping rates were I made a big mistake! I 100% recommend using True Profit
