Good platform for tracking your campaign, I was using Meta Shopify Default Pixel but my data, link clicks, purchase etc was not accurate and even worse I got one purchase since I didn't get any on my store, since I moved to this tracking tool my ROAS, Data Quality, and even tracking gets much better and now I can see what really the real data tells me my Ad is good or not, don't waste your budget or money on Meta Default Pixel, they will waste your Budget without telling you what Campaign is the Winner and which one is the Loser, I'm also glad that I can use this platform for Free on Pro Plan till I hit 10K in monthly revenue, very glad I switched from Meta Pixel to this Tracking Tool, I probably never going back to Meta Default again, Thanks to TrueROAS.
If you're running ads, you need this - it's that simple. We were trying to scale and the attribution data just didn't add up when stacked up against our Shopify sales with Google and Meta both laying claim. There also seemed to be inaccuracies as to which ads were really converting and we knew that Meta was being fed incorrect data back from Shopify.
I'd looked at a few options for sort out tracking data but what I really liked about TrueRoas was the detailed reporting that it provides. It's not just sorted the tracking, it's given us complete visibility of the order journeys, both as a detailed audit but also as an overview.
If you want to scale your ads, I really would recommend TrueRoas. Don't assume that Meta is giving you the correct information - in my experience, it has always massively inflated its achievements!
Sure, you can save money by installing just a tracking app but if you're serious about scaling, the amount of reporting information this system provides is on a different level.
Oh and for Claude/ChatGPT fans out there, you can connect to the MCP for TrueRoas. It's brilliant as I can just pull a daily report that shows me exactly what our campaigns are doing.
Tried to contact them and join the set up call nobody showed up and i can't get a hold of the support via chat.
Positive note the pro plan is cheaper than getting the basic with the API.

Working with the team at TrueROAS has been great. They are attentive to our needs and have helped us get the most out of the platform. Definitely worth the cost. Other attribution tools are at least 3X the cost, often with bloated features that you won't use. TrueROAS is the perfect balance for ecom brands.

Great app! Helps to understand what creatives to use in meta.
Really good customer service if you get stuck and easy to understand tracking which keeps improving. I feel like these guys are on the cutting edge of things. a competitor is currently heavily advertising that they send data back to ad platforms as if that is a unique thing, but TrueRoas has been doing this for year.
Gives accurate data that other platforms just don't provide.

It started displaying the metrics, even though Facebook hadn’t shown anything since I launched the campaign. It’s very helpful to finally see the metrics.
