Trunk ‑ Stock Sync & Bundling

Trunk is the perfect tool for any business looking to eventually scale up. Once I decided I wanted to do more than just Etsy, one of my biggest concerns was managing inventory. With Trunk, I can seamlessly integrate between Etsy and Shopify so that I don't have to worry about managing it in two places. It's a time saver and super easy to install. Plus if I need help, Trunk's customer service reps are super helpful!

During the pandemic we had to take our brick and mortar store online with Shopify, but keeping stock numbers online and in the physical store in sync became a nightmare. People would buy an item online and at the same time a customer would buy that item in our physical store and we had to disappoint several online shoppers when we told them their chosen item was out of stock. So we set up syncing between Shopify and Square and it works LIKE MAGIC.

I initially signed up with another popular inventory-syncing service, but had issues with incorrect SKUs being updated and their support response was too slow to keep up with my orders. Luckily, I found Trunk. The one time I had a minor issue (not their fault), Trunk support was there to help within minutes! If you're looking for an easy way to keep inventory synced between multiple online stores, look no further!

After trying some other apps with horrible results and deleted inventory, we were referred to Trunk by a company that was assisting us with our Shopify website. We had so many problems getting accurate inventory between our in-store Square sales and our Shopify website that we’re ready to just “throw in the towel” completely! We’ve had Trunk for a few weeks now and so far it’s working great. Our inventory is staying accurate and it has given us one less thing to worry about.

Switching to Trunk is a breath of fresh air! I switched over to Trunk from "another" inventory service. I encountered so many bugs and glitches on that service that I was overselling items I did not have in stock, which is horrible for any business's reputation.
