I had no clue what to do when I 1st opened the app. Anna popped up in chat and was able to walk me through it, no problem. She was very sweet and patient, as I struggled to navigate my way through the process. but in the end her assistance had me clicking through the steps like a pro. This review app has a great UI design, making it a perfect match for Shopify themes. The customer support is very responsive—I encountered issues with reviews not displaying correctly a few times, and after reaching out, they resolved them within minutes. They were also very patient in teaching me how to handle such situations. The free subscription plan already meets most of my needs, highly recommended!
