Great app and customer service! was able to chat quickly with Shahroz who helped me make all the updates and customizations I wanted to make so the widget would match my website. He even added custom CSS :)

Amazing tech support. So responsive! The app is pretty easy to use so far and I love how you can import Amazon reviews to your website to get real reviews written by real customers. They also even have auto import feature to import newly written Amazon reviews to your site. I like the look and feel the how the reviews are shown and they offer a few different styles to fit your needs.

I thought I had everything setup correctly but the write review option just wasn't showing up. The app conveniently alerted me to this with a contact us link. The chat bot estimate for time-to-reply was about 34 mins but I was contacted within just a min or two by Sharoz. Sharoz was able to resolve my issue very quickly. I missed a line of code in a product template. He added it and sent a screenshot showing were the change was made.

The issue was resolved in just a couple of minutes.

Service was prompt, professional, polite, and competent.

The TrustReviews client services was a great help in helping me transition from the old Customer Review App for my ecommerce store to their App. The person I dealt with was very patient and answered every question I had during the onboarding process. Our reviews look great! Your help and patience were very much appreciated! I highly recommend them if even just for the onboarding experience I just had.

I just added TrustReviews to my Shopify store. The customer service was very helpful getting all of my reviews from another app transferred over to the new TrustReview app and getting the widget up and running on our site. Everything looks great on our site and is working well. I really like the layout of the reviews on our website.

My old Shopify Reviews is now retired. I wasn't sure which Product Review app to go with and after researching for a while, I chose TrustReviews and very happy I did. I needed help setting up the app. Ebrahim helped me out right away through their Chat option and within 5 minutes we were up & running. Just outstanding customer service!! The app offers a nice balance of features while not overwhelming the product page and the customer service has also been top notch! I was having a bit of a hard time editing code and implementing the widget to make it do exactly what I wanted and customer service was very willing and able to help through chat making the set up seamless! Recommend for those looking to replace the Shopify Reviews app that is going out.

Trust Reviews really came through for us. Shopify had mothballed our product reviews app, and it left us in a dark place. We didn't want to, we couldn't, lose our valuable pool of customer coffee reviews from years past.

The TrustReviews team were able to surmount several technical challenges and successfully imported our reviews into their app! A great relief to us!!

Reviews look great and it was easily to customize to match my theme colors. Had a bit of hiccups at the beginning, but the tech support was responsive and fix the bug and explained how some of the other parts worked.

So far, so good. I didn't have a problem importing reviews from another app along with photos. The team are always very helpful and quick to respond to any queries I have. I would definitely recommend this review app to others. Even the design is perfect for my store.
