Provides many features & what we perhaps find just as important - great live support (!) They were even hands-on with joining our project as collaborator assisting us in no-time with code when we had some more detailed questions on how to adjust the widget to our page. Superb.
The free plan has a lot of features, it's affordable, and the support team is responsive and proactive in resolving issues. I recommend this app!
