Their customer service is simply awesome, our theme has videos on the collection page, and they adapted the code so that we could maintain this feature.

Awesome app with everything I need to filter my products. The support is very responsive and incredibly helpful. Nancy went above and beyond to help me with some startup problems I encountered. Highly recommended.
This app ended up saving me money, I was able to get rid of my search app, and my quick view app. The features and settings are extensive. I've also had to use their service chat a few times, and they've gone above and beyond to help.
Good in theory, completely unreliable and chaotic in practice.
Crashed for weeks. No notifications or timeline to resolution. Repeated erasure of settings and again no notifications. The only thing that could possibly make a crash worse is not telling your customers. I left this specific feedback and the behaviour continues. When it's down, you'll never know. If search is an important feature on your store, I advise you to install literally anything else.
