We're very sorry to hear about your experience. Our app is designed to be compatible with almost all Shopify themes, and it preserves the original collection template. Please note that our app only works on the theme it is set up without impacting other themes in your store.
We always recommend duplicating your live theme and setting up our app on the duplicated version. Our developers can easily address any theme styling issues, and we’re happy to assist. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any support requests from you about this issue. Please contact us via live chat or email, and we'll work quickly to resolve this for you.

The easiest app I've used by far and the filters look great on my site, customer service is experienced with code and got issues fixed in 5 minutes.
