Koala Free Gift Buy X Get Y is an awesome promotional app with a free gift feature. There are powerful functions and excellent UI/UX design makes it easy for the admin to operate.
Also, the customer service is very efficient and professional. Thanks to Gyte for his professional and friendly assistance.
Louie was amazing! handled my questions quickly and professionally. Even came back because I forgot to ask something and he jumped right back on the Chat. If you look on my store, we pride ourselves on Old School Customer Service, Louie has that special touch!

Easy to install and get started. Support is amazingly quick. Was trying to figure out how to add multiples and support replied within an hour with how to set up the rule I missed. Definitely would recommend!!!

Great customer support. Setup was seamless. We use the app for a free pdf that's automatically added to all products.
I was having issues with my checkout and initially thought it was caused by the app. Max jumped in right away to help,we tried a few things within the app, but nothing seemed to fix it. Then Max went a step further and checked my Shopify dashboard. Turns out, my own manually set discounts were conflicting with the ones from Koala, which caused the issue.
Incredible customer service, Max really went above and beyond. And the app itself is great
