Merchants say this app is excellent for offering unlimited, flexible product options beyond Shopify’s limits, especially for complex, customizable products. They highlight conditional logic, varied option types (swatches, text, file uploads, date pickers, pricing sliders), and add‑on pricing for paid upgrades. Many find it intuitive, stable over years of use, and reliable across themes. Support is frequently praised for fast fixes, custom styling, and preserving setups through updates.

Been using the app for a short while and its great for file uploads of custom items. The download method of files should be more intuitive.
The images used to download with the correct file type when you clicked on them, but Shopify made a change a few months back to .webp files. There isn't anything we can do, I am sorry about that.
You can download the original file type following the instructions on this article

I'm really happy with this app. It was super easy to install and worked right away. We needed a little custom code and the support was great.
AMAZING!! Couldn't recommend Jon & Martin enough, so helpful when I couldn't figure it out myself they were there to help and extremely quick.

Pretty slick app. I like that I can set the swatch to the product image. Support staff is awesome and always willing to find a solution for us.
It's a great way to customize your site. The staff is super helpful too. If you email them, they will help get you set up with whatever you need!
The developers of the app are incredibly helpful and even provide emails once in a while for helpful tips. This app has been great for my website.
