There is an issue with the prices displayed on the cart and checkout pages. We have been contacting your support team for a week, but the issue remains unresolved, and responses have been extremely slow. This is seriously affecting our website’s conversion rate.
We have tested the cart page on multiple mobile devices and frequently found that the total price includes only the base price, excluding the additional charges for customization. The same problem occurs on the checkout page. Our conversion rate has dropped significantly.
We urge your support and technical teams to take this issue seriously, understand the impact from the customer’s perspective, and prioritize resolving it as soon as possible.
There is an issue with the prices displayed on the cart and checkout pages. We reported it a week ago, but it still hasn’t been resolved. Support has been extremely slow to respond, and we’ve sent four emails over the past few days without receiving a reply. This is seriously affecting our website’s conversion rate.
After testing on multiple mobile devices, we found that the total price on the cart page frequently includes only the base price and leaves out the customization charges. The same issue also occurs at checkout. Our conversion rate has dropped significantly.
Both our US and UK stores are experiencing similar issues. On our German store, the problem mainly occurs on the checkout page. We’re unsure whether this is caused by the app failing to load properly or by a code conflict.
We urge your support and technical teams to take this seriously, consider the impact from your customers’ perspective, and prioritize resolving the issue.
I have been using this app for a few years now and have never encountered a problem. The team are always eager to help and friendly if I ever need any assistance.
