We've been using the App for about 9 months. It meets our needs and I look forward to more features in the future. Support has been excellent.

10/16/2023 Update: Visceral has been great. We've been using Vendor Consignment for well over a year and it is working great. Support is excellent. I am updating my review because they just helped me out with a special request. They didn't have to, but they did. Support is awesome. We have complex needs, and Visceral works great for us. Best app for any tracking, retail or consignment store!! Very robust app with tons of flexibility. Chance is always there to assist you with anything you might possibly need. I have been working with Chance and Vendor Consignment for a couple months and it has been a breeze. I have never had an app with such great customer service. Highly recommend Vendor Consignment to anyone :) You will not regret it!

Great looking app with a number of useful features. Support has been excellent, adding minor features or fixing issues as we run into them. It has room to grow but they have been more than willing to listen to ideas.

God send of an app at such a reasonable price compared to competitor apps.
So glad I was recommended it and it does literally everything we need - best service too, always willing to help out in any areas and have added a couple of small additional features which I asked for which have been super helpful.

Vendor Consignment is great and it is fitting our needs wonderfully. Its simple and clean. Customer service with Viceral Apps is better than i could have hoped for. Jillian and Chance have stayed focused on us as a business and have catered to our needs quite well. I look forward to seeing what other apps they are going to have to offer in the future.

As a B&M and online store that offers a very large variety of both consignment and wholesale options, I am VERY pleased with this app.

I have also used, in the past, RESALE GLOBAL (ARAVENDA) and RICOCHET. I wasted, literally, thousands of dollars before I found this app.

Not to mention.. the customer service has been SUPERB. They have addressed every inquiry I have, and fine tuned some things to meet our needs.

Cost makes it manageable for a small business, it is user friendly, and my vendors like it as well.

As a new business owner... I WISH I had found this first. If you want to gain from my trial an error.. I am very open to having a conversation about the pros and cons of this and the other apps I used. If I can help someone else from going through the headaches I did.. I definitely would. This app is great for businesses that have products on consignment. Helps track vendor payouts and sales commissions. Good support by Visceral Apps as well.

This is by far the best app on Shopify if you are dealing with Multiple vendors. Excellent support, excellent customization. This app has single handedly elevated my business to the next level!

Great for what it offers, I don't currently use it but downloaded it to see and it is setup with a really easy to use format. The chat feature I used for them, once I added the app to shopify, was easy to use and they responded right away during their normal business hours.

we looked into this app and its buggy as hell. test vendor creation went wrong, no login possible to vendor portal, invoice uneditable, blank screens and not loading, vendors cant edit their addresses, custom order creation not working...dont know what else to mention. and no: we didn´t contact support since an app should be intuitive and working from scratch. this one isnt...
