I installed it twice, and both times, I faced a similar issue!
I integrated my Instagram account here and wanted to present those videos under the product page, at a particular location. However, this app only lets you configure either at the top or at the bottom. I am not too pleased with the support. If they can help me with the configuration, I might install the app back!

Been using this app for more than a year. There were lots of crushes between our theme and the app but Charlie helps every single time to solved all the problems (design, video position, bugs...etc). Yes it does take time but I'm very glad that the app runs very well with our theme finally. I've seen the app is improving during the year and made all the functions much easier and way more friendly than beginning. Our shop got loads of videos (100+) and more to come. Recommended this app to all shops who need to feature videos! Brilliant design and five stars service.

The customer service here is so poor. Still waiting to hear back from them after we complained we are not able to share videos to our social sites even after subscribing.

Enjoy being able to have a pop up video on my store. Not the most user friendly layout when trying to do everything yourself, but customer service is great and helps very quickly.

This application so useful! It offers so many features not found in other applications in Shopify App Store. First of all you can import videos from so many places, so you’re not limited to YouTube or your own home-made videos. Also there is a lot of customization available, even on the free plan if you are just starting out. But if you want even more customization and features you can go for the paid plan. Either way it’s nice because the application is easy to set up and you can give your customers product pages that feature helpful videos, and position those videos in the exact location you choose. Plus, if customers love the video and are tempted to buy, then they can easily click Add to Cart immediately without even going back to the product description. If those are features you want for your shopify store then I certainly recommend this app! How do you delete the "Powered by Vimotia" on each video?
I don't want my customers to click on that link, and know that it links to the shopify page. My videos need to look professional
