Although my feeling about the free plan has not changed, Customer support was excellent in their efforts to make this work for me. You can not have a great app without great customer support. Free plan is useless, It say 50 per month, What they don't say is you can only view 50 per month, Does not let you pick which 50. So it would not even show me an order today, even though I only need this to print a few a month.

Currently, the FREE plan of ours offers to display the first 50 orders of the current month, thus if yours has exceeded that, it would not be shown.
It is designed for new stores with small numbers of orders per month, to still be able to enjoy the basic functions of the app without having to pay anything.
For bigger stores, the STARTER or PREMIUM is there to meet your needs.
If you need any specific invoice for a specific order, you could contact us anytime for help.

Amazing app & great support!
The support team was extremely helpful and responsive.
They quickly enabled the email automation feature and clearly guided me on how to customize the invoice into a receipt using the language settings.
Everything is working perfectly now.

Die App funktioniert super, auch der Service ist sehr gut. In meinem Fall war es Jack vom Vify-Team, die mir schnell und unkompliziert weiterhelfen konnte. Meine E-Mail Automatisierung war in unter 5. Minuten eingestellt und einsatzbereit. Weiter so!
Cette application est parfaite pour la facturation, exactement ce que je chercher. Le live chat est très efficace, nettement j'avais besoin de conseils sur un point, j'ai pu contacté le support par chat, un conseiller appelé Pete m'a accompagner jusqu'au bout. Awesome on everything ! You can modify the template as you wish even with the Free version ! I also needed a little customization on one template and Pete was here to help with the support ! I've been using this app for years now and i won't change !
