I’ve been searching for a plugin that allows customers to generate draft quotes on their own, and honestly, most of them were overly complicated and not user-friendly. This one hit the mark perfectly — simple, clean, and does exactly what I need.
Support is also blazingly fast — honestly, faster than my friend replies. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our packing slips. We needed assistance to modify the template so that warehouse locations printed alpha-numerically for picking efficiency and when we submitted a support request, Pete was incredibly helpful. I have been struggling to find the "Perfect" invoice that looks just the way I want it to. I sell many items and I needed a format that is specific, to have multiple different line items on one page. This format was EXACTLY what I wanted.
I had a few personal requests, contacted their support system and Tracy helped me with my requests. She was prompt and helped me to all that she could (some points needed addressing in Shopify). So very , very helpful!.

- prices are linked to products, not orders. if you change your product price, then print a customers invoice at a later date, it reflects the product price at the time you print, not the price at the time of purchase.
- I was told that there is no work around for the above issue.
- when printing an invoice for international customers, it shows the aud product price crossed out, with the correct price above it (like a sale strike through) and the currency is not correctly itemised.

Pete from support was helpful in setting up a needed Shipping Method field for the Packing Slips. It's kind of essential to be able to see what shipping methods are required when using a Packing Slip to process an order. Pete was careful to note what we were looking for and how his team could to implement the field.
