We've used other apps that did not work as well and this app does exactly what we need for providing bulk discounts (an essential feature for our store).

The app can be a bit temperamental sometimes (not sure if that's a shopify problem or an app problem) but the Hulk Apps team are always super quick to help out and fix it if possible. Have used this (and other hulkapp) apps for quite a while now, they work without issues, on the few occassions ive had issues (generally my fault) they have helped out in a matter of minutes and got things back up and running again - cant fault them!!

I lost my volume boost table due to changes I needed to make on my product template for another app integration. I used the chat feature in the app and was surprised to get a quick response from a live person.

We had some volume discounts that we weren’t needing anymore and they had been created with the app, we just couldn’t remove them ourselves. Somehow they had ended up being hard coded into our theme. We tried multiple ways to remove them ourselves without success… in steps Hulk App developer Mayank and fixes it all for us!! Mayank went above and beyond with helping us remove those and even updated our theme to remove other code that had been added. Super great service and the expertise was excellent, thank you sooo much!

Adis was very helpful in the install process and helping us overcome some of the tricky details within our styling of the website.
We would love to have the ability for a coupon to be issued on the cart page rather than the checkout page. For this reason, we potentially will have to build out this module internally but for now, this will work!
