Hulk Bundles Quantity Breaks

Would not recommend. it creates a draft order for checkout but customers get an error saying 'this invoice is not ready yet' right after they press 'Checkout'. This is an extremely important part of the checkout process and Hulkapps destroys the user experience. Support acts like everything is installed correctly which is incredibly frustrating. I'm moving on.

I installed this app on my online store. It applied the discounts as I set up and expected it to on the checkout page, but it didn't show the discount on the view cart page with my theme. I contacted support and they were very helpful in fixing it all up and making sure it integrated properly with my theme. Am still using the app and am quite happy so far. Thank you.

I am trying to get some answers before I spend the time setting up the app - this review is actually on the accessibility of getting answers - 3 attempts to get info using messenger, email, phone - getting the advertisements from downloading the app BUT absolutely no communication besides that - at this point I would go knock on their door if I could this looks like a great app

I was looking for a tiered-discount App and found this one: Volume & Tiered Discounts.
This app is very easy to install/configure/use. The app provides translation capabilities - and that was an important request for me since my sore is in French.
There was a small glitch interacting with Shopify Cart.
I contacted the Team Support and I can say that these guys are awesome in terms of speediness and kindness resolving issues. I exchanged emails with Sanjay Parmar who helped me through - and stayed in contact with me - until resolving the issue by their developers'team. I felt being treated like a VIP client although I've just uploaded the app.
I strongly recommend the app and the team behind the app.

I use this app to allow me to discount products based on how many units a customer orders. The app works well and does just that. I am on the basic plan so the fact that I can get the features I need for Free is a great value. I use this app integrated with Hulk's Infinite Product Options to really customize my product page. Hulk's support team is very responsive and worked very hard to answer all of my questions and troubleshoot for me. I find them very helpful. I did notice a grammar error in how the discount is displayed at checkout, and I also did wish there was an option for me to customize the wording of the Discount Display Grid on the product page. But in general the app is going to work for my store and I am very happy with it.

Very useful app and great customer service. It didn't integrate seamlessly with my theme at the start, but the technical support knew what they were doing and made it work perfectly within a few hours. First class customer service!

I paid for professional installation and only got a few emails about how it was set up but could never get it to work on my site and further communication came to a halt! I am too busy to mess around with poor customer service. I want my money back!

This app did not meet my needs. I needed the app for one product but then needed to upgrade to a paid plan for the one small feature I needed. AND after I had removed it I found out by email that I had to go into my theme coding and manually remove code. This is above my skills and very risky with my store right before Christmas. I wish I would have know this before I installed it.

Just started using the app. Seems rlly effecient for its purpose, with good and relevant features, the costumer service is definitely the strong-point, and is very quick with replies and help. I reccommend!

Love the app, great functionality, but the support alone is 5 star worth, they are able to help quickly everytime with no complains and always gets the job done! Thank You!
