Dealeasy: Volume Discounts App

Too Easy. We have certain products that just aren't economical to pick and pack 1 at a time because of their cost. So we can bundle... or use this app to allow for higher price single units and deeply discounted bulk qty. We chose this app over native shopify discount functions so that we could show the customer exactly what to expect using the Volume Discount product page widget.

I had previously posted a two-star review because we were using the app to create tiered discounts. Since there's no way to exclude any products from this, gift cards were counting towards the total and were being sold at a discount.

I reached out to the app support folks to beg for a solution for this, because we love the app otherwise, and they let me know they'd get back to me. In just three days they got back to me to let me know that they fixed it so our gift cards wouldn't be counted towards the free gift total or the tiered discounts. This was such magical customer service!

I definitely recommend this app. I will say that it may be a little buggy when you first add it into your store, but the customer service is incredible, and whatever the issue is, they can probably fix it for you!

Adding volume discounts has never been so easy! The widget integrates into shopify's templates perfectly, it is easy to customize and manage, and the customer support is ON POINT. Any time I needed assistance, I was helped right away.
Highly recommend to all businesses that need volume discounts, free shipping promos, discount tables, and more that they offer.
Extremely well priced too, considering it is free for under 50 orders per month. Excellent for starter companies and larger more complex businesses.

Very easy to use, many customization levers to meet various needs, and EXCELLENT customer service! I reached out with a handful of customization requests to better mirror the style of my website beyond the customization levers available in the app and they were able to accomodate quickly with great communication. I've already seen a few orders come in and look forward to many more to boost AOV further!

Febin was terrific. After a 24hrs banging my head as to why the app wasn't showing the discounted rates correctly on the "cart page" only, I updated my old store to 2.0 Then Febin went above and beyond to align and position quite a bit of css to make my store look consistant and clean. The part I like the most is that it is offering translations for other languages, so you can really fine tune it.
Also, support is fast and always ready to help.

A heads up, if you are using a free gift discount and cart value is the trigger, the total amount will be calculated before the regular Shopify coupons are applied.
But to be fair, it is not the issue of the Dealeasy, rather the limitation in Shopify.

I am so happy that I installed this app! It looks great on my site and it works without slowing anything down. The developers are amazing and super helpful! I had a few adjustments that I wanted to make and they were so patient and made the changes right away. I also love that the price is so reasonable. I am a new store, so I am glad that this is an affordable feature that I can use to help my sales. Thumbs up to the developers! :-)

Have been looking around for the best upsell solution for our website. This app is the best fit and we also use a couple of Logbase's free apps. We had difficulty adding the progess bar in the slide drawer cart but a quick message to the devs and it was added within minutes

I have been using this app for over a year now and it has made a significant improvement in our AOV. I recently needed some customization done to the app to better match a new theme we are launching. Dealeasy made all the necessary customizations quickly and everything looks and functions perfectly. I am very happy with both their app and customer service!
