We had problems with a language subdomain. This was taken care of by Weglot Elina within a very short time, friendly attentive and actually this would have been our problem, but she took care of it and thus made it her problem. That is customer service! Thank you!
Easy to use and very professional services that does the translations great. With a helpful staff, that would even help fix issues if they come up.

This app works fine for translation but customization does require some CSS knowledge - not ideal for non-technical folks. However, their customer support is super responsive and helpful! They were able to help us sort out any issues pretty fast. Good choice if you use Gempages for your site!
