Weglot: AI Translation & SEO

Found the app difficult to use and not intuitive to set up. I wanted to use subdomains, but I couldn't find an option. The docs asked you to choose this when creating a project, but the app did not give me any option. There was no online chat available. After deleting the app, it left residual code that we had to clean manually.
Pricing is insane. Other translation apps allow you to translate any number of words (third party apps included) and have any visits for $40 a month versus the €1,990.00 a year for a few languages configuration that Weglot charges. I'm sorry that I cannot recommend this app, and while it might have been worth it in the past, there are more options to choose from nowadays.

Very good app and very good support. If there is a bug - a thing that can happen in seldom cases - the team is ready and available to fix it. Apart from duplicating stores in other languages, I guess this is the best translation app. Used langify before, which created too many problems.

I have tried all translation apps, because none of them satisfied my needs. Our agency then recommended Weglot and I was skeptical, because it was not under Shopify's recommendations for language apps. The setup of the Weglot is complicated when you already use various other apps that need to be translated. However the customer service is top notch and very responsive. Special thanks to Antoine who really exceeded my expectations in terms of timely resolution of complex issues.

Likewise, all parts of the website can be easily translated without any programming knowledge. We have already tested other solutions, but have clearly decided on Weglot. Great app, the setup is simple, and it translates everything automatically for you. When you want to go through the automatic translations, you can use a visual editor to make the changes directly in the store and not by clicking through text fields without context.
The most important thing why I am using this app now instead of the others is because it translates everything that is changing straight away, especially incoming reviews.

Nothing is perfect but it is also about solving issues an my support Antoine took my issue and solve it without any problems, quick so that my site was up and running again before coffee thanks and keep this attitude
