I HAVE CONTACT DEVELOPERS ABOUT THIS ISSUE BUT THEY NOT HELPED NOR THEY REPLIED TO MESSAGES
This app has been incredible for us as a business. It notifies all our clients step by step form placement of order right to the end when we dispatch with our couriers. Absolutely rubbish. No help from support either, I must have contacted at least 20 times via whats and online chat, The worst app i have dealt with on Shopify. Generally, all app support is top tier
