Merchants describe this as a reliable, easy-to-use WhatsApp automation tool that saves time by handling order confirmations, status updates, and abandoned cart recovery. Many highlight strong, near 24/7 support via chat, WhatsApp, and video calls, plus smooth long-term performance and simple Shopify integration. They report clearer, more professional customer communication and consider the pricing and message limits reasonable, often recommending it as a must-have for WhatsApp-focused stores.
